This policy covers ternhome.com, the public marketing website run by Tern Home LLC. It doesn't cover the Tern Home application at app.ternhome.com, which has its own terms and is provided through the companies that use it.
What we collect
The email address and optional company name you give us, aggregate page and device statistics, and the technical data our hosting provider needs to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, request logs, and browser signals used to check that the signup form is being used by a person.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information or use advertising trackers on this site. This site isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
How we use it
To tell you when we open to new clients, run and protect the site, and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Service providers who work on our behalf for website hosting and email delivery. Also where the law requires it, or as part of a business transfer.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we need it longer for legal reasons.
Your choices and rights
To access, correct or delete your information, email sales@ternhome.com. You may have further rights depending on where you live.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or system is completely secure.
